Why? Because it’s a fresh start, a chance to reinvent yourself and take your place at the top of your game!  But that can be a challenge if you’re struggling with allergies or slowed down by colds and cases of flu.

So in this video, I share a simple Ayurvedic formula for self-care that’ll empower you to choose wellness in all areas of your life.  It’s a four-word mantra to apply to everything you do this season (eating, thinking, doing) if you want to look and feel on top of the world!
