Like other beans, the adzuki bean is a nutritional powerhouse, rich in protein, fibre and folic acid. It's been made into a delicious vegan, protein-packed pasta for your family to enjoy.
How to enjoy
Add pasta to boiling water. Simmer gently for 6-8 minutes or until cooked. Rinse under running water and drain. Stir fry, salads, pasta with a twist. Enjoy the extra flavour!
