100% Certified Organic Arborio Rice
At Ceres Organics we like our food wholesome and pure. That’s why our organic Arborio rice is grown by ‘working with nature’, using no chemical pesticides, herbicides or artificial fertilisers.
This classic Italian, short grain polishes rice is traditionally grown in the Po Valley. With its plump, oval-shaped Kernels, Arborio rice cooks to a deliciously creamy texture, making it perfect for your favourite risotto dishes.
TO COOK: Heat olive oil or butter in a pan and toss the rice to toast. Add stock in parts, stirring constantly, and cook until rice is tender and creamy.
Ceres consider both the bulk ingredient allergen declaration and the potential risk of allergen contamination introduced at the packing/manufacturing facility when labelling their products. If the product carries no warning, this means that there is no advised gluten risk for the ingredients and no gluten contamination risk is present during manufacture or re-packing. However, Ceres do not test for gluten allergens unless a gluten free certified or blue cross grain claim is made on the packaging. If you're coeliac and need 100% assurance, check out the Ceres products in our Gluten Free Certified value.
