Australian Raw Honey.
Proudly 100% Australian grown.
Our Australian raw honey is so pure that it retains some of the propolis, wax and pollen, which are extremely beneficial for your health and wellbeing. This unprocessed honey is produced by Australian beekeepers without the use of chemicals, sugar, pesticides, preservatives or radiation, and is extracted at a very low temperature in its raw state to retain the maximum level of live enzymes, nutrients, vitamins and minerals found naturally in honey. It's simply put through a small sift before bottling.
FROM HIVE TO YOU
All Bee Buzz Honey's apiaries are situated mostly in the mountains —Mt. Mee, Maleny, and south of Gympie, Beerburrum and Beerwah. They have only 50–100 bee hives at each site, and all the bees have clean air and fresh running water.
The bees feed mostly on Eucalyptus trees throughout August and September (This variety is called Narrowleaf Tunnelwood (Eucalyptus variety)), and they also feed on macadamia nut trees. When robbing the hives, Bee Buzz Honey always leave some honey for the bees so that they're not stressed out and also eliminates the need to feed the bees.
Due to its natural state, this honey may candy over time, place jar in warm water or out in the sun to liquefy again. We hope you enjoy your honey as much as we do!
