Certified Organic Jasmine Brown Rice, Sea Salt
"These Brown Rice Cakes are light and crunchy, and packed full of the goodness of organically grown wholegrain jasmine brown rice. No ‘nasty’ stuff added.
Jasmine rice, distinguished by its rich, lovely aroma and mild nutty flavour, is a heritage long grain, aromatic rice grown in its original form only in Thailand. The nutrient-rich paddies are traditionally farmed by families, so the rice is lovingly cared for throughout its cultivation. A ‘photo-period sensitive’ variety, jasmine rice can only be cultivated once a year. Upon harvesting, it is processed in the only organic mill in Thailand, ensuring that no adulteration of non-organic grains is possible.
Enjoy the tasty flavour of Ceres Organics Brown Rice Cakes straight from the pack or with your favourite toppings."
"Ceres consider both the bulk ingredient allergen declaration and the potential risk of allergen contamination introduced at the packing/manufacturing facility when labelling their products. If the product carries no warning, this means that there is no advised gluten risk for the ingredients and no gluten contamination risk is present during manufacture or re-packing.
However, Ceres do not test for gluten allergens unless a gluten free or cross grain claim is made on the bags. If you're coeliac and need 100% assurance, check out the products in our Gluten Free Certified classification here https://thewholefoodcollective.com.au/shop/filters/product_cat/gluten-free-certified-classifications/"
