These @summerhillpantry cakes and fruit sparkles are amazing. I’ve never been a fan of cake mixes - mostly because they are full of crap and taste like they’re full of crap too. But these taste great and are healthy too, using sorghum, tigernut and chia flours. And soooo easy - let the little hands do all the work.
