Firstly, there's a huge reduction in plastic used in production and packaging which dramatically reduces waste the tablets are lightweight which reduces our carbon footprint in the distribution and production of the product.Do I need sterilised water to dissolve the tablet?
No, tap water is fine. Just make sure the water is warm to hot.Can I use cold water to dissolve the tablet?
Yes you can however, the tablet will dissolve slowly. The formula works best in warmer water.Do I need to shake the bottle to dissolve the tablet?
No, the tablet will dissolve on its own.How much solution does 1 tablet make?
The hand sanitiser, mutli-purpose and glass tablets make 300ml of cleaning solution. The water bottle cleaner can be added to a maximum of 1 litre of water and you only need 1 washing machine tablet for machines under 10L. Boerol is also great it since it can be dissolved in water and still maintain its ability to remove grease and grime. Is the packaging recyclable?
The refill packs and starter kit boxes are 100% recyclable. Simply pop it into your cardboard recycling bin. As for the tablet wrappers, this is where it gets a bit tricky. To ensure the tablet doesn’t become damaged we use a mixture of foil and paper wrapping. Both materials can be recycled however, in Australia the wrapper will need to be separated and cycled in specialised facilities. Can I buy the tablets individually?
No, Change tablets are only available in pack of 4 or 8. -

Changing the way people clean one tablet at a time
The facts are black and white, plastic pollution is a real problem. Plastic can be found everywhere. From the deepest parts of the ocean to the remote parts of the Antarctic.
A quick walk down the supermarket cleaning isle and you’ll be hit with a sea of plastic packaging. Why do we use single-use plastic every time we need to buy cleaning products?
Something needed to change which is why we created CHANGE. We wanted to disrupt the market and give people a cleaning product without the single-use plastic.
Being lightweight also reduces our carbon footprint in production and distribution making it a better product for you and your planet.
Why Change?
Cleaning tablets are the new way to clean. No need to buy heavy bottles from the store and no more useless single-use plastic every time you need to buy a cleaning product. What makes them so much better than traditional cleaning products?CHANGE uses recyclable paper packaging with a huge reduction in single-use plastic. The only bits of plastic they use are in the tablet packet lining (to keep the tablet dry) which can be separated from the paper layer and recycled. The other bit of plastic is the sticker they use to keep the pouch closed. By law they were required to ensure their package is sealed. That's it. Everything else is paper or reusable plastic. Less plastic means less waste that could end up in our oceans.
Since their product is lighter and doesn't use water, there's much less CO2 produced in the production and transport of the product. Think about the weight and space involved with transporting traditional cleaners moving litres of water.
Water is precious. We aren't pumping water from communities who may need it into our product then shipping it away. CHANGE uses much less water in production and the water used by you can be used from a much better and sustainable source.
All CHANGE packaging can be recycled (except for the little sticker to secure the packet) The boxes and pouches can be thrown into the regular paper recycle bin. The bottle can be pulled apart and recycled and the tablet packets layers can be pulled apart and placed in a Red-cycle facility and paper recycling.
Just because they're better for the planet doesn't mean they've sacrificed cleaning ability. CHANGE tablets have been trialled and tested to clean and clean well.
Coming in a just less than $2 a tablet for 300ml of cleaning solution it works out to be more cost effective than the leading supermarket brands.
