Product samples are tested to confirm a "gluten not detected" result. Added controls are in place to ensure the raw materials used in 180 Nutrition's products are gluten free, and also that the processes are not likely to contaminate the product. However, coeliacs should be aware that 180 Nutrition are not gluten free certified.
