Monk Fruit Juice Powder
You can now finally enjoy the sweet without the bitter. Monk fruit’s sweetness comes from naturally occurring antioxidants called ‘mogrosides’. As the name suggests, monk fruit was a fruit used by monks that lived in the misty mountains of China. They used this fruit (also known as Luo Han Guo) for its intense sweetness and as a traditional Chinese medicine for centuries. Morlife's monk fruit is certified organic, vegan, gluten free & is a fruit juice powder, not an extract or sweetener blend.

Gluten contamination can really affect anyone intolerant to gluten, so Morlife try their best to ensure all their gluten free products stand good to their gluten free claims. They have stringent quality control procedures, from raw material sourcing to despatch of the products. They also only source from suppliers who can assure them of the gluten free status of the product.
Once product arrives at Morlife, it is stored in dedicated storage areas and marked as gluten free to ensure recommended handling procedures are followed while processing these products.
Gluten free products are weighed in a separate room away from gluten containing products. Before processing gluten free products, the whole processing area, machinery and accessories are thoroughly cleaned. To avoid cross-contamination from air flow, cleaning of ventilation grills is an integral part of cleaning procedure. The gluten free processing area becomes a “restricted entry area” to avoid cross-contamination from staff movement.
In addition to the above quality control procedures, regular staff training is conducted every couple of months.
To validate Morlife's gluten free claims, they regularly send samples for outside testing and are now going one step further and implementing machine and accessory swap sampling to validate their cleaning procedures.
Coeliacs should be aware, however, that Morlife are not gluten free certified.
