The Gluten Free Pizza Base Mix from Monica’s Mixes makes 2 large hearty & flavoursome pizza bases for your favourite toppings. The perfect gluten free, nutrient dense, wholefood, pizza base mix. Ingredients are gluten and grain free, vegan, dairy free, egg free, and nut free. The pizza mix is a carefully formulated combination of natural and organic ingredients to give you a hearty flavoursome base for your favourite pizza toppings.
Why not make a batch of pizza bases and par bake for 15 minutes and pop into the freezer for a quick stand by meal. Gourmet pizzas make perfect canapes and you can also adapt the mix to make focaccia.
The bananas that are used to make the banana flour in this mix are grown biodynamically and are chemical/pesticide free. They are farmed holistically, in a way that sees the plant as the most important part of the process—plants need to be healthy and thriving to produce nourishing and beneficial food. The banana trees are cared for with soil microbes, with good soil health at the heart of the farm's philosophy because only by having good healthy soils are the roots able to uptake critical nutrition.

Every ingredient in Monica's Mixes products is certified gluten free by the manufacturer and the range is manufactured in a facility where gluten is not present. However, coeliacs should be aware that Monica's Mixes has not yet been through the formal gluten free certification process to guarantee zero risk of cross-contamination.
Meet The Supplier
Born in Bristol in 1966, Monica Topliss has a fascinating story of how she went from being a small child with coeliac disease, to one of Australia’s leading gluten-free chefs, cook-book author and creator of Monica’s Mixes. Her beautiful range of organic and gluten-free mixes are made of naturally dense, wholefood ingredients which “put the goodness back into gluten-free” and taste just as good – if not better – than the real thing.
