Rolled Oats, Certified Organic
Organic Wholegrain Oats. Proudly 100% Australian grown.
These certified organic rolled oats are also known as porridge or flaked oats. These organic oats are not steamed or pre-cooked, and therefore retain a higher nutritional content. The natural oat kernel is rolled immediately after hulling, which ensures the retention of their high vitamin content, nutritional value and freshness. Suitable for the best porridge ever, or added to muesli or used in baking.
Recent scientific studies have revealed that eating oats can significantly help lower blood cholesterol levels. Oats are a good source of both dietary fibre and soluble fibre, and are especially well-suited for a diabetic diet.
These organic rolled oats are produced using sustainable and organic farming processes that result in high quality Australian grain, while at the same time improving our soil structure and fertility.
We pack a wide range of natural food products on shared equipment including nuts, seeds, grains and cereals. This includes sesame, peanuts, soy and gluten. While we do our best to avoid any kind of cross contamination this can occasionally occur and any of our products may contain traces of these, unless we have specified the product is gluten free certified.
