Sunflower seeds are highly nutritious and can be enjoyed raw or lightly toasted. They make a great snack and can be sprinkled into salads, stir-fries, muesli or on breakfast cereal. They are also a delightful addition to baking, especially cakes, muffins, breads and biscuits. You can also make sunflower butter, a tasty nutritious spread.
In a cool, dry environment, avoiding strong odours. Ideally temp 10-12 degrees.

While we do our best to avoid any kind of cross contamination this can occasionally occur and any of our products may contain traces of these, unless we have specified the product is gluten free certified.
