Refunds & Returns
To err is human, ain’t that the truth. If we err, we’ll make it up to you. Sometimes a product is missed, or out of stock, or the wrong product is sent. We’ll make sure you get what you paid for, or we’ll credit you the amount (or refund it).
Incorrect Product Sent
If you’re sent the wrong product, we’ll send you the right one. Just make sure you tell us within 48 hours.
Damaged Product
If your product is damaged, take a selfie with it (no cats), and send the photo to returns@thewholefoodcollective.com. Just make sure you let us know within 48 hours, and we’ll send out a replacement or credit your account.
