180 Nutrition was founded by Stuart Cooke and Guy Lawrence in 2010. With Stuart’s passion for health and fitness and Guy’s extensive work with a charity that helped people with chronic diseases (mainly cancer), they both came to realise that the mass food industry sucks. They also began to understand the power that food and exercise has in terms of healing and recovery.
Together they created a range of deeply nutritious superfood products that weren’t full of the artificial sweeteners, flavouring and chemicals that you’d normally find in similar products off-the-shelf. Instead they developed a product that was truly beneficial to your health and great for the whole family to enjoy.

Ceres Organics, aptly named after the Roman goddess of the harvest, had a humble start in 1982 grown from the simple desire of a New Zealand mum wanting to feed her two growing boys organic food.

Ashley Jubinville is the Kitchen Coach, an inspiration in the kitchen and an advocate for natural vibrant health. Originally from British Columbia and with a background in structural engineering, Ashley now lives on the Sunshine Coast, following her passion as a leading food educator. A coeliac herself, she believes food is medicine and uses her organisation and problem solving skills to help people develop an approach in the kitchen that makes preparing food easy, nutritious and fun.
Ashley and her team travel Australia doing pantry and kitchen makeovers, speaking at engagements and running short courses. When she’s not doing that, Ashley spends her days inspiring and educating others on how to make step-by-step changes to their lifestyle, pantry and cooking via her Cook With Me LIVE program, her in-depth Kitchen Reset Program and other online programs.
With a huge number of requests for her recipes to be sold as dry ‘pre-mixes’, and her natural ability to combine flavours and create easy wholesome meals, her product line was born. And we can’t get enough of it!
All about Kitz
Kitz Living Foods have been hand-crafting tasty treats from the family kitchen since 2006. They specialise in raw, organic and vegan products, many of which are also suitable for those following a Paleo, low-carb or Ayurvedic diet.
Husband and wife team Mandy and Scott have grown this baby into a successful HACCP-certified business which stocks over 600 stores nationwide. They are also currently working with the ACO on becoming fully certified organic by the end of the year.
How are Kitz bringing it?
Kitz have an awesome range of snacks and treats, and they’re always working on developing new ones. A few of our fave products include their raw crackers, raw pizza bases, and the very popular Coconut Dreams which are nothing short of, well, dreamy!
Kitz soak all their nuts and seeds overnight in filtered water to activate them; and then slowly dehydrate them at 47 degrees.

Who is kkäo Co.?
kkäo Co. [pronounced “ka-kow Co”] was born out of a love for cacao and is essentially chocolate tea. Yummm!
Made from 100% cacao husk, which is the shell of the roasted cacao bean, this cacao tea is rich in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. The face behind kkäo Co.
kkäo Co. was created by Kara Conroy, a passionate and health-conscious foodie and chocolate lover through and through. Inspired by a trip to South America in 2013 where she discovered Cacao Tea, Kara knew she had to share this with the world.
With an interest in cooking since age four, Kara’s passion for food and health led her to do a course in integrative nutrition. So when she’s not bringing us chocolate tea, she’s experimenting with wholefoods, developing recipes and creating delicious alternatives to ‘naughty’ treats.

When cacao beans are harvested from the cacao pods, they’re fermented, dried and then cracked to separate the nibs from the husk (shell). When the husk is brewed in hot water, it creates the chocolate infusion that is cacao tea. Marilyn Gunston has been a practising naturopath for over 30 years and has run and worked in busy clinics and health food stores across Australia.

Founded by clever mama and avid baker Jess, The Milk Pantry is one for the breastfeeding mums out there who want to boost their milk supply and just be plain ol’ healthy.

Born in Bristol in 1966, Monica Topliss has a fascinating story of how she went from being a small child with coeliac disease to one of Australia’s leading gluten-free chefs, cookbook author and creator of Monica’s Mixes.
Her beautiful range of organic and gluten-free mixes are made of naturally dense, wholefood ingredients which “put the goodness back into gluten-free”.

Natural Evolution Foods bring us an incredible story of second generation farmer Robert Watkins, thinking out the box to find better ways to use his Lady Finger banana crop.
Having already found success in his unique invention, The Banana Blankie (which helps reduce packaging and improve transport of bananas), Robert unwittingly discovered the now super popular superfood, Banana Flour, after driving over a dried out bunch on the road.
It took off from there and in 2014 they were able to secure a grant to assist in building the world’s first and only pharmaceutical grade banana flour factory. The facility saw output increase to over 8 tonnes a year, giving life to Rob and his wife Krista’s new business, Natural Evolution Foods.

Just like the rest of us, Organic Merchants Tea know that tea makes everything better! Founded by the beautiful Chalimah Jeanne, the business was a natural extension of her naturopathic work, where she’d blend teas for clinic patients who were particularly low in vital energy.
Realising that everyone kept coming back for more, she launched her business at the local market with 12 herbal loose-leaf teas, and six years later, OM Tea now stock an extensive premium range of 35 different herbal teas, all naturopathically formulated and 100% Australian Certified Organic.
About the tea
Since starting, OM Tea has grown to include several ranges of tea including the more traditional teas, fruit based teas, pregnancy and breastfeeding tea, iced teas and the more recently launched mantra range of teas.

Whispering Pines Organic have been a certified organic farm and mill since 2011. Owned and run by humble farmers Betina and Robert Walker, the husband and wife duo have faced many challenges on their property in Riverina, NSW.
But after a few setbacks, they started milling their wheat on-site in a bid to start providing a paddock-to-plate, premium product. Initially selling their products at the local market, they quickly gained momentum to where they were eventually able to build a two storey flour mill on their property. They now mill up to 250 tonnes of wheat a year.
What they’re milling
Whispering Pines Organic are well known for their paddock-to-plate premium products. With their own mill on-site, they’re able to provide a fresher alternative to store bought flour. This has proved particularly popular with Artisan Bakers for their sourdough bread.
They supply a variety of products, which include white spelt, wholemeal spelt, unbleached white flour, wholemeal flour and organic spelt grain. Yum!
From milling to winning
Whispering Pines Organic have won our hearts and some awards too! In 2015 they were runner up for “Women in Business” in the Australian Women’s Weekly Magazine. And in 2013 they were nominated “Farmer of the Year” by the weekly Times Newspaper.
Tonicka have a passion for “the real kombucha” and describe themselves as purists when it comes to the ancient brew. Their hand-crafted, fermented beverages are brought to life using ancient traditional methods and techniques, meaning their kombuchas take a minimum of 8 weeks to brew!
Tonicka only use certified organic ingredients and processes. They do not pasteurise, nor use any tricks, chemicals or sulfates to preserve their brew—and just like our ancestors, they do not need a fridge! Many people wonder “How this is possible?” The answer: a lot of practice, research and dedication.
Tonic for the soul
With Tonicka’s handcrafted perfection, kombucha is fast becoming a fermented delight that is changing the social drinking scene. “There is an actual, tangible link between emotions and state of mind and this drink,“ explains Anthony, cofounder of Tonicka. “A lot of people, even friends, wrote kombucha off as a hipster accessory.
